Account deletion

Delete your Vosite account.

You can start and complete deletion inside the app. You do not need to contact support first.

Delete from the app

Open Vosite and sign in
Use the account you want to delete.

Open Settings
From Home, choose the settings icon, then Delete account.

Review and confirm
Enter your current password, tick the confirmation and choose Delete my account.

This is permanent. You are signed out on all devices and cannot restore the deleted login.

What happens to your information

Deleted with your account

Your login and authentication credentials
Your account profile and email address
Your project memberships
Your direct legal-acceptance records
Your active sign-in sessions

May remain with the organisation

Projects and construction records
Variations and generated documents
Evidence needed as a commercial record
Dispatch and client-response history
Audit events, with your user link removed

Organisation-owned records may be retained for other authorised users, contractual records, legal claims or legal obligations. Read the Privacy Notice for more detail or contact sales@vositesoftware.com about a specific record.
