Vosite legal
Terms of Service
The business terms for using Vosite.
1. About these terms
These Terms govern access to Vosite, a business tool for construction project variations, evidence, approvals and related records. “We”, “us” and “Vosite” mean Vosite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17345402, whose registered office is at St Mary’s House, Netherhampton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 8PU. Contact: sales@vositesoftware.com.
2. Business accounts
You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to create or use an account for your organisation. Your organisation is responsible for its users, the accuracy and legality of content uploaded, keeping credentials secure, and promptly removing access that is no longer needed.
3. Using Vosite
You may use Vosite only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service to send unlawful or misleading communications.
4. Your content
Your organisation retains ownership of content it submits. It grants us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to operate and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for personal data, photographs and documents you upload.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal, operational or product reasons and will give appropriate notice of material changes where practicable.
6. Construction and commercial decisions
Vosite records and communicates information but is not legal, accounting, surveying or construction advice. Your organisation remains responsible for checking variation values, approvals, contractual notices and generated documents before relying on or sending them.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from Settings. Some organisational records may need to remain available to other authorised users or be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by the written commercial agreement between Vosite and your organisation and applicable law.
9. Law
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
